Five boro is excellent at air quality

I recently brought a loft in lower Manhattan. After Me and my wife moved in, we started sneezing and coughing constantly. We went to the doctor and he asked us about any allergies might have. We both told him that we didn’t have any allergies. The doctor suspected that we both were dealing with some kind of air quality issue, that we should have our home inspected. He recommended us to call Five boro mold to do the inspection. We called up Five boro and spoke to a Cindy about having an inspection performed. They came and with their technicians and a on site manager. They told me that the inspection wouldn't take long and that they have infrared technology and air testing equipment to see if there’s any form of mold in the house. The technicians found a serious problem inside the central air conditioning vents. Seems like there was a leak from the roof and it's been there for a very long time. They told me that they would need to flush the area, spray down the wall and fumigate the area. We scheduled a removal and we left the house for the week. Ever since the removal we have been fine. I would recommend five boro to anybody who might have symptoms of sneezing and congestion.

I had a mold issue, there was a terrible smell of sewage coming from around the sum pump. I called five boro mold specialist and they told me that they could have someone come down to my house the same day! I took the offer and the came down with 2 technicians and a site manager. They performed a the whole inspection in less then 30 minutes and showed me the source of the water damage. After the inspection they offered to do the whole removal on the spot, for a very reasonable price. I left the house and came back home about 6 hours later and the smell was gone, replaced with a pleasant sweet smell. A month afterwards I haven't had that smell come back. They are definately efficient.

Shortly after I moved into my new place I was having many health problems from a huge on going mold issue in my home. I was ready to move out until I called FIVE BORO MOLD SPECIALIST they inspected my home and removed the problem in less then an hour they were honest,excellent with being discreet and patient with all my questions.Now I am feeling so much better and the problem is gone.Since then I have not had any health problems and my home feels safe secure clean and healthy again.

I lived in my house for about four years now. shortly after i moved in my wife noticed what appeared to be mold growth in my basement that expanded to the walls of my kitchen on the main floor of my house. i did a little reseach on the matter and came up with the most sources pointing me in the dirction of five boro mold specialist. they sent out two certified technicans. they performed a few tests and got back to me within a few buisness days. when the returned the performed a remedeation process to eliminate the mold and the possibility of any regrowth. they gave me a two year guarantee and now three and a half years later i have yet to see any growth in that area or any other area of the house. they definitly know their line of work.

I had a mold smell coming the floors in my hallway. I searched google and found five boro mold specialist as the top result. They told me that they could have someone come down to my house the next day. They came down with their technicians. They performed a the whole inspection and found where the mold was growing. After the inspection they gave me an estimate for the removal and 2 days later I recieved a report showing infrared pictures and actual pictures of the modl. I scheduled an appointment. They came the scheduled day on time and explained the proceedure and that I had to leave the house for abour 3-5 hours. I came back home and the smell was gone, ever since I haven't had a smell. Five boro mold specialists are excellent.

I was a basket case with the mold problems in my home. I screamed and yelled at the poor technician who only tried to help me. They discovered the mold problem and provided several options for me to choose from. They properly explained all the variables related to mold removal and the process that would be involved. I can only say that they did a great job and charged a fair price. They still call me every month to make sure everything is still ok. Who does this type of service anymore ? I can truly say That 5 Boro does a great job.

I moved into my new place and I was breaking out with rashes. I was scared went to the hospital. The doctor told me it could be mold related, so did some research online. I found the 5 boro site and the symptoms were similar. I called them for an immediate inspection and they came the the following day. They discovered that there was mold in the air conditioning units. I then asked them if they could remove it by the end of the week. They told me they had the tools to remove the issues on hand. They removed the problem in less then an hour they were professional, and meticulous in the removal in my home. Since then I've been well! Call them if you feel you have any mold issue.
